Returns and Refunds

Products must be returned in their original packaging including the purchase receipt. If the box used for shipping is irreparably damaged, the customer can use an equivalent box in size and strength. Before proceeding with the return, the customer has to send an email to poeticrehab@gmail.com and the Poetic Rehab will send the necessary documents to return the product. The product must have not been opened and undamaged, or the return won’t be processed. After receiving the return and verifying the correctness of the operations, the company shall send the customer an e-mail to the registered e-mail address as acceptance confirmation. If the order has been paid by credit card, the refund time depends on the operator. If instead, the order has been paid by a PayPal account, the refund will be executed directly to the PayPal account used for the payment, simultaneously to the crediting transaction.

In order for the return to be authorized, please be aware of the following conditions:

• return requests will be accepted only if received within 14 days (PST) from delivery date;

• used products and\or without their original tags still attached on won’t be processed for refund and returned to sender;

• return box must have the same size of the original box, larger size won’t be accepted;

• refunds are meant for the price of the products only, shipping cost paid when the order was placed won’t be refunded;

• customized products can’t be refunded;

• coupons can’t be applied on product exchanges.

The company reserves the right to verify the real product defects claimed by the customer and it shall replace the product only after such control. The request shall be processed only if the package returns undamaged and comprehensive in all its parts.

Returns on exchanged products are not free. The customer will pay for shipping and duty to send the product back. Poetic Rehab is not responsible for duty on arrival of the goods, any extra cost will be charged on the refund.

Refunds are meant for the price of the products only, shipping cost paid when the order was placed won’t be refunded.

In case of return, it’s not possible to take advantage of the discounts related to the purchase of the returned product.
